Hemp is one of the most sustainable crops in the world. It is fast growing, uses less water than many other crops, regenerates the soil, and most importantly purifies the air we breathe, removing four times more CO2 than trees.
This is not a bad fibre product, but the product I received is waaaaay darker and contains more of the outer seed coat and minimal endosperm of hemp seeds. I would really be surprised if this was more than 10% protein. Def not 30% as advertised. It is very gritty in taste, the term flour should not be used to describe this product. Not very useful for protein smoothies, dont waste you time or money.
